Salvador Cortez CS-110 has the most famous combination of tone wood: Solid European spruce for the top and solid Indian rosewood for sides and back. The fingerboard is made from ebony. All the ingredients for a concert quality instrument.
The spruce top sounds clear and full, the detail in sound is audible and the definition is supported by the solid Indian rosewood sides and back. Though not as sweet and clear as our CS-130, this is a great instrument for a conservatory student.
